Meet Our Lead Glazier

Matt Swan brings 25 years of hands-on glazing expertise to every project, ensuring quality and care.

Born in Tamworth and raised in Attunga, Matt has a strong connection to the local community and understands the value of local knowledge and trusted connections in a regional town.

Matt completed his Glass and Glazing apprenticeship through his family business, Avro Glass. Matt has also worked in Queensland, including commercial and residential builds in the Gold Coast.

When he's not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, wife, Sarah, and four children, Halle, Cooper, Ellah and Poppy. Matt loves heading out for a round of golf, and finishing the day with a well-earned cold beer. While his glazing work is precise, his golf game is still very much a work in progress!

Meet Our Business Manager

Sarah Swan is the brains, the organiser and the webmaster behind Swan Glass and Glazing. From quoting and ordering supplies to scheduling jobs and keeping everything running smoothly, Sarah works behind the scenes to make sure Swan Glass and Glazing operates like clockwork.

Sarah completed a Bachelor of Social Science in 2022 and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Alongside helping run the business and keeping on top of the bookkeeping, she also works part-time in Community Services.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, baking or cooking something from RecipeTin Eats, drinking good coffee and doing a little online shopping. She always likes to have something to look forward to — with family travel and making memories together high on the list. Next stop: Japan, December 2026!
